There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you need to return your goods please contact us via support for our postal address, please note the address on the shipping label is not our return shipping address. So when you're at the checkout, take a second to run your eye over your order for any slips of the finger before submitting because once you've submitted it, it's too late!! If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase or selected the wrong option - so please choose carefully.
